Mathias Möhl, the mastermind behind the
Tracker2Mask and
KeyTweak scripts, both of them pushing your tracking workflow to the next level.
MochaImport helps you importing the way you want, the Mocha tracker data, from the bundled Mocha tracker inside CS4, to the new standalone
Mocha for After Effect v2. To run the script, you’ll need After Effects CS3 or CS4.

Duduf, a french animator working at Ankama just released his new version of Duik, a free script to create IK inside After Effects. It’s only in fench but as the source is free, you can translate it into english.
