Adobe released a new update of After Effects last night. Fireup AE, and go to help > update

If you have the production suite or the Master collection, you will also be prompted to update Premiere Pro to 4.1 and AME. This update solve the crash on quit with ScriptUI scripts on mac, enhance the memory management, and add support for Red files.

Rapido: Mise à jour 9.0.2 pour After Effects

Adobe vient de publier une mise à jour pour After Effects (ainsi que pour Premiere Pro (4.1) et AME si vous avez la Production Premium ou la Master Collection. Pour mettre à jour, lancer After et allez dans Aide > mise à jour.

Ce patch corrige le crash sur Mac au moment de quitter l’application si un script utilisant un panel ScriptUI, améliore la gestion de la mémoire et ajoute le support pour les fichiers Red.

AE Tip of the Day

When you animate position values, After Effects displays the movement as a motion path in the Composition panel.

A motion path appears as a line with dots that mark the position of the layer at each frame. A square in the path marks the position of a keyframe.

The density of dots between the keyframes indicates the layer's relative speed. Dots close together indicate a slower speed; dots farther apart indicate a greater speed.
