David Torno, a great motion designer, and author of 2 brilliant face replacement tutorials (Part 1 | Part 2) just posted on the AE Enhancer forum a nice little script.
It allows you to create a solid, and the script will place it under the selected layer, and it will trim it’s in/out point accordingly with it.

David Torno, un motion designer, et auteur de 2 très bons tutoriaux sur le remplacement facial (Partie 1 | Partie 2) vient de mettre à disposition sur le forum AE Enhancer un petit script très utile.
Il permet de créer un solide, et celui-ci se placera automatiquement sous le layer sélectionné, et ses points d’entrée/sortie seront alignés sur celui-ci.
